- Le Centre de Psychosynthèse du Bas-St-Laurent est un centre de formation et un centre d'hébergement pour personne en démarche. En 1986, Éva-Louise Hamer fonde le CPBSL où elle utilise son art dans un décor enchanteur sur le bord d'un lac, entouré de montagnes que les Indiens ont appelé Pohénégamook "Refuge d'hiver".
- Éva-Louise y dirige deux programmes: le Programme de formation personnelle et professionnelle et le Programme de formation de psychothérapeute par la bio-psychosynthèse. Cette dernière formation est reconnue par la SQPP (Société québécoise des psychothérapeutes professionnels).
