I am a social worker with over 30 years experience. I studied psychosynthesis with Dr. Mary Fairbrother. I work with mind-body approaches such as guided imagery and visualization, energy healing, emotional release techniques, and focussing to deepen and accelerate the letting go process.

The processes help with self esteem; empowerment; family, relationship, couples; self sabotage; limiting beliefs; rapid trauma release; spiritual journey issues. I am empathic, a good listener and compassionate.

I work privately as a psychotherapist, personal coach, and facilitate a 3 year program in psychosynthesis. I counsel and conduct training programs for parents, teachers and adolescents.

I am trained to view an individual's challenges via a Systemic lens, whilst encouraging them to have authority over their life. I use a range of modalities, specifically suited to the individual's needs, history, expectations, and future goals.

My goal is to address the discomfort many feel when they are unable to cope, feel overwhelmed or anxious, or because they are experiencing a range of emotions they can no longer ignore. I aim to address their primal wound and attachment trauma, so they can provide safety and security for themselves. Psychosynthesis assists clients to seek the answers from within, in a world where we are continually conditioned to seek external validation.

My passions include Men's Mental Health, Families, Individuals and Parenting support.
